Puffy cocoons are outlined by waving knit stitches. On the opposite side, purl stitches outline the cocoons for a different, but equally attractive look for a reversible fabric. Ends may be finished with a simple scalloped edging, or a plain garter stitch. Requires 400 yards of lace weight yarn and a size 7 needle.
